Mini-course on Bayesian methods for crop models (in English).
The authors think Bayesian methods for parameter estimation and data assimilation are destined to play an important role in crop modelling. That's why they have developed a mini-course to explain the Bayesian approach and how it can be used for crop models. The course starts from first principles and goes on to present algorithms that can be used in practice. Each part has slides and an accompanying text.
